Depending on your return method, see below for processing timeframes:

Refund - Your refund will be issued once we receive and process your returned item. A return shipping charge of $15 will be deducted.

Store Credit - This will be issued once we receive and process your returned item; your balance will be visible to redeem at checkout. A return shipping charge of $15 will be deducted.
All store credits are valid for 12 months and are unable to be extended. 

Standard Exchange - your new item will be despatched once we receive and process your returning item. Free postage, both ways.

Instant Exchange - by setting up a Refundid account via the Returns Portal, your new item will be immediately despatched to you. Free postage, both ways. Please ensure that you choose your preferred exchange item, as we are unable to make any changes once your order is placed. 


* Your exchange order will automatically be shipped with Standard Shipping to your chosen address. Click & Collect cannot be facilitated via online exchange order.
