How does Click & Collect work?Updated 13 days ago

To Click & Collect your order from one of our Victorian stores, proceed to Checkout and under Shipping method choose a Local Pick Up location. Click & Collect is a free service!

All Click & Collect orders are packed from our Distribution Centre in Reservoir, VIC and delivered to our ELK stores either by our in-house van or courier service.

Collection is available at Preston, Albert Park, Little Collins, Carlton, South Yarra, Brighton, Barwon Heads, Newtown, Mornington and at our Reservoir Clearance Store. 

*Please note, collection times can vary between stores. Generally, it takes about 2 business days for your order to reach our metropolitan stores from our Distribution Centre. Delivery to our regional stores, Barwon Heads, Newtown, or Mornington, can take 2–4 business days.

You will receive a 'Ready For Collection' email notification once the designated store has received your order and it is ready to pick up.
