How do I return online (Australia only)Updated 5 days ago

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC RETURNS

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PARCEL FOR RETURN 

STEP 1 

Create a return 

  • You will need your email address and order number.
  • These can be found on the original order confirmation email or by logging into your account.

  • Follow the instructions on our return’s portal.

 

STEP 2 

Confirm the details of your return

  • If you are returning your item for a refund, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total.
  • If you are returning an item for exchange, we will send the new item out to you for free.
  • Choose to print the label at home or at an Australia Post Office. 

 

STEP 3 

Post your parcel 

  • Securely wrap your parcel and drop it off at a street post box, Post Office, or Parcel Locker.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unfortunate case you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service team. 

  • Items will be assessed, and we will repair, replace, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • We recommend emailing a photo to Customer Service, clearly highlighting the fault.

We follow the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) guidelines and reserve the right to repair or replace the item we deem to be faulty.
