How do I find my Store Credit?Updated 4 hours ago

As of September 2026, we have introduced Store Credit as a new return option for both full-price & sale items, alongside exchanges. 

Store Credit is issued directly to your ELK customer account and can be used towards a future purchase. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and expiry dates are unable to be extended.

If you need to find your Store Credit, be logged into your ELK Account and you will see them to redeem when you check out your shopping cart. 

Or before shopping, log in here using your email address (avoid ShopPay), enter the 6 digit code emailed to you and you will see the credit in the top right hand corner. Click on the total credit number to see the expiry date.
