We’re sorry to hear that the size isn’t quite right!

At the moment, we’re unable to process exchanges. However, we suggest returning the incorrect item for a credit (in the form of a gift voucher to use on your next ELK purchase) or a refund, and then placing a new order for the correct size. To avoid missing out, we recommend placing your new order as soon as possible, as some styles can sell out quickly.

We always strive to provide as much information as we can to help you choose the right size. 

On the product page, you can click on the ‘Size & Fit’ drop-down to view the measurements for the garment. We also recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and like the fit of, then comparing the measurements. If you’d like to measure for circumference, simply double the measurement of the garment to compare to your body measurements. Typically, there is a 5cm difference in circumference between sizes.
